ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: AIR PLAN APPROVAL; PENNSYLVANIA; REASONABLY AVAILABLE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY (RACT) FOR VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS (VOC) CONTROL TECHNIQUE GUIDELINES (CTG) UNDER THE 2008 AND 2015 OZONE NATIONAL AMBIENT AIR QUALITY STANDARDS (NAAQS)

WASHINGTON, July 16 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Pennsylvania; Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) Control Technique Guidelines (CTG) Under the 2008 and 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 16 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
