WASHINGTON, Feb. 27 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Ohio; Source-Specific Non-CTG RACT and SIP Strengthening for Ohio.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 27 by Cheryl Newton, Acting Regional Administrator, Region 5.

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve source-specific State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by Ohio.
