WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; New Hampshire; Repeal of Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 11 by Mark Sanborn, Regional Administrator, EPA Region 1.
