WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Missouri; Moderate Attainment Plan Elements for the 2015 8-Hour Ozone Standard for the Missouri Portion of the St. Louis Nonattainment Area.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 14 by James Macy, Regional Administrator, Region 7.
