WASHINGTON, April 23 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Missouri; Control of Emissions During Petroleum Liquid Storage, Loading, and Transfer.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 23 by James Macy, Regional Administrator, Region 7.
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP) related to the control of emissions during petroleum liquid storage, loading and transfer in the St. Louis area.
