WASHINGTON, Aug. 27 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Kentucky; Louisville Area Limited Maintenance Plan for the 1997 8-Hour Ozone NAAQS.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 27 by Kristy Eubanks, Deputy Regional Administrator performing the functions and duties of the Regional Administrator, Region 4.
