WASHINGTON, March 13 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Connecticut; Revision to the State Implementation Plan for Inclusion of Consent Order No. 8383-Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC and Negative Declaration for Rubber Tire Manufacturing Sources.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 13 by Mark Sanborn, Regional Administrator, EPA Region 1.
