WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Commonwealth of Virginia; Transfer of Authority and Requests for Certain Public Hearings on Air Permits.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 13 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan (SIP) revision request submitted by Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VADEQ) on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
