WASHINGTON, April 2 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Accidental Release Prevention Requirements: Risk Management Programs Under the Clean Air Act; Common Sense Approach to Chemical Accident Prevention; Extension of Comment Period.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 2 by Thomas Croci, Acting Assistant Administrator, Office of Land Emergency Management.
