WASHINGTON, Aug. 3 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a notice called: National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) 2027 Issuance of General Permit for Stormwater Discharges From Construction Activities.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 3 by Mark Sanborn, Regional Administrator, EPA Region 1.
