WASHINGTON, March 12 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a notice called: Clean Air Act Operating Permit Program; Order on Petitions for Objection to State Operating Permits for Terra Energy Partners Rocky Mountain, LLC-Mamm Creek Compressor Station and Bailey Compressor Station.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 12 by Cyrus M. Western, Regional Administrator, Region 8.
