WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Information Collection Request; Comment Request; Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA) and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) Continuous Release Reports.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 26 by Andrew Baca, Director, Office of Resource Conservation and Recovery.
