The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 6 by Douglas M. Troutman, Assistant Administrator, Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention.
Summary: EPA has authorized its contractor, Deaf Access Solutions, Inc. of Bethesda, MD, to access information which has been submitted to EPA under all sections of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
