DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: SCHEDULES OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES: TEMPORARY PLACEMENT OF MITRAGYNINE PSEUDOINDOXYL, MGM-15, AND MGM-16 IN SCHEDULE I

WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 -- Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a rule called: Schedules of Controlled Substances: Temporary Placement of Mitragynine Pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15, and MGM-16 in Schedule I.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 26 by Heather Achbach, Federal Register Liaison Officer, Drug Enforcement Administration.
