The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 9 by Leslie Mayer, Federal Register Liaison Officer, Drug Enforcement Administration.
Summary: The Drug Enforcement Administration is proposing the control of phenethyl halides as list I chemicals under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).
