The University of Maryland Eastern Shore is proud to announce that Dr. Brian O. Clemmons has been selected as the new Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Experience (EMSE).
The hiring of Clemmons, who most recently served as Bowie State University's inaugural vice president for Enrollment Management & Student Affairs for the past eight years, follows a comprehensive national search.
Clemmons brings nearly 20 years of higher education experience, with a strong foundation in data-driven enrollment strategy and institutional leadership.
