Herkimer County Community College former Dean of Students and Director of Athletics Donald Dutcher has been named the 2026 NJCAA Region 3 Athletic Director of the Year, earning the recognition for the fourth time in his career.
Dutcher, who served as Herkimer County Community College's director of athletics from 2005-2026 and dean of students from 2019-2026, has guided one of the nation's premier NJCAA athletic programs during his 21-year tenure.
