MINNEAPOLIS - United States Attorney Daniel N. Rosen announced today that a Minneapolis father and son pleaded guilty to conspiring to defraud the United States on October 9 and October 1, respectively. These pleas are part of nationwide enforcement actions led by the Justice Department's National Fraud Enforcement Division, Internal Revenue Service, and Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation targeting tax fraud and related offenses. The District of Minnesota was a key participant in this surge effort.
