Fall is here and the Burlington County Farmers Market is celebrating with a special market day dedicated to some of the season's most flavorful foods: root vegetables.
From carrots and beets to potatoes, parsnips, and radishes, these underground-grown veggies will be showcased during Root Veggie Day this Saturday, October 17, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Burlington County Agricultural Center (500 Centerton Road, Moorestown).
