WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Department of the Navy has issued a notice called: Notice of Availability of Record of Decision for the Island of Tinian in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).

The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 31 by J.R. Epstein, Lieutenant, Judge Advocate General's Corps, U.S. Navy, Alternate Federal Register Liaison Officer.
