The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 21 by Adam R. Telle, Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works).
Summary: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) is publishing a proposed deauthorization list of water resources development projects and separable elements that have been identified for deauthorization in accordance with Section 301 of the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) of 2020 as amended by WRDA 2024 (33 U.S.C. 579d-2) and is soliciting comments from the public on the list for 90 calendar days.
