WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 -- Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers has issued a notice called: Notice of Availability of the Record of Decision for the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Mississippi River, Baton Rouge to the Gulf of Mexico, Mississippi River-Gulf Outlet, Louisiana, New Industrial Canal Lock and Connecting Channels Proposed Project, Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
