WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- Department Of State has issued a proposed rule called: International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR): Review of the U.S. Munitions List and Related Definitions and License Exemptions.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 1 by Thomas G. DiNanno, Under Secretary for Arms Control and International Security, Department of State.
