WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- Department Of State has issued a notice called: Waiver of Sanctions on Syria Under the Chemical and Biological Weapons Control and Warfare Elimination Act of 1991.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 16 by Christopher T. Yeaw, Assistant Secretary, Bureau of Arms Control and Nonproliferation, Department of State.
