Summary: This system of records documents the adjudication of grievance appeals and separation for cause actions recommended by an agency, as well as any other matters arising under the Foreign Service Grievance Board's (FSGB) jurisdiction. These records may also be used to provide statistical data and other information for reports, member productivity, and other management functions.
