WASHINGTON, April 21 -- Department Of State has issued a notice called: Annual Determination and Certification of Shrimp-Harvesting Nations.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 21 by Deirdre M. Warner-Kramer, Acting Director, Office of Marine Conservation, U.S. Department of State.
