The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 29 by Brandon Brown, Certifying Officer.
Summary: This is a correction of a notice published September 1, 2026 (91 FR 56221) which in error stated that comments must be received on or before 9/30/2026. The Agency will consider all written comments that are received on or before October 30, 2026.
