WASHINGTON, Oct. 27 -- Department Of Justice has issued a rule called: Bipartisan Safer Communities Act of 2022-Criteria for National Instant Criminal Background Check System ("NICS") Background Checks of Firearm Handlers.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 27 by Todd Blanche, Attorney General.
