WASHINGTON, June 29 -- Department Of Justice has issued a notice called: Notice of Proposed Consent Decree Under the Clean Water Act, Toxic Substances Control Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and the West Virginia Pollution Control Act.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 29 by Scott Bauer, Assistant Section Chief, Environmental Enforcement Section, Environment and Natural Resources Division.
