WASHINGTON, April 10 -- Department Of Justice has issued a notice called: Notice of Lodging of Proposed Consent Decree Under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 10 by Jason A. Dunn, Assistant Section Chief, Environmental Enforcement Section, Environment and Natural Resources Division.
