WASHINGTON, May 15 -- Department Of Justice has issued a notice called: Notice of Lodging of Proposed Consent Decree Modification Under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA).
The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 15 by Eric D. Albert, Assistant Section Chief, Environmental Enforcement Section, Environment and Natural Resources Division.
