WASHINGTON, April 20 -- Department Of Housing And Urban Development has issued a rule called: Removal of Regulations for the Shelter Plus Care and the Supportive Housing Programs.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 20 by Ronald Kurtz, Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development.
Summary: This rule removes HUD's Shelter Plus Care program and Supportive Housing Program regulations from title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
