WASHINGTON, March 6 -- Department Of Housing And Urban Development has issued a rule called: Removal of Regulations for Renewal Communities Designations.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 6 by Ronald Kurtz, Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development.
Summary: This rule removes HUD's Renewal Communities regulations because the designations were time limited, and all incentives have been repealed and sunset.
