WASHINGTON, March 2 -- Department Of Housing And Urban Development has issued a proposed rule called: Establishing Flexibility for Implementation of Work Requirements and Term Limits.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 2 by Benjamin Hobbs, Assistant Secretary for Public and Indian Housing.
