DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ISSUES NOTICE: NOTICE OF INFORMAL PRESENTATION OF VIEWS

WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- Department Of Housing And Urban Development has issued a notice called: Notice of Informal Presentation of Views.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 23 by Janet Golrick, Director, National Disaster Coordinator, Performing the Delegable Duties of the General Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Housing.

Summary: HUD will gather information through a written Informal Presentation of Views to allow the Secretary to reach a fully informed decision on whether to suspend or revoke the authority of Dale Mull to inspect manufactured home installations.
