WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- Department Of Housing And Urban Development has issued a notice called: Civil Monetary Penalty Amounts for 2026.

Summary: This notice informs the public that inflation adjustments of civil monetary penalty amounts required by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, as amended by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015 (the 2015 Act) are not being made for 2026.
