WASHINGTON, Aug. 10 -- Department Of Homeland Security has issued a rule called: 9-11 Response and Biometric Entry-Exit Fee for H-1B and L-1 Visas.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 10 by Markwayne Mullin, Secretary of Homeland Security.
