DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY ISSUES RULE: 9-11 RESPONSE AND BIOMETRIC ENTRY-EXIT FEE FOR H-1B AND L-1 VISAS

WASHINGTON, Aug. 10 -- Department Of Homeland Security has issued a rule called: 9-11 Response and Biometric Entry-Exit Fee for H-1B and L-1 Visas.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 10 by Markwayne Mullin, Secretary of Homeland Security.

Summary: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is amending the regulations concerning the 9-11 Response and Biometric Entry-Exit Fee for certain H-1B and L-1 Visas (9-11 Biometric Fee).
