DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES ISSUES RULE: PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT; TEMPORARY MORATORIA ON CERTAIN AGENT AND BROKER REGISTRATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXCHANGES

WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- Department Of Health And Human Services has issued a rule called: Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act; Temporary Moratoria on Certain Agent and Broker Registration To Participate in the Exchanges.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 23 by Robert F. Kennedy, Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services.
