WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- Department Of Health And Human Services has issued a proposed rule called: Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs Using Urine (UrMG).

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 29 by Robert F. Kennedy, Secretary.
