DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY ISSUES NOTICE: ASSISTANCE TO FOREIGN ATOMIC ENERGY ACTIVITIES SECRETARIAL DETERMINATION

WASHINGTON, May 14 -- Department Of Energy has issued a notice called: Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities Secretarial Determination.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 14 by Jennifer Hartzell, Alternate Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.

Summary: On April 13, 2026, the Secretary of Energy (Secretary) issued a Determination adding Thailand to the generally authorized destinations list for exports of controlled nuclear technology and assistance under DOE's regulation on Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities.Accordingly, DOE is publishing this Determination.
