WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 -- Department Of Energy has issued a notice called: 2026 Regulatory Plan and Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 14 by Jonathan Brightbill, General Counsel.
Summary: The Department of Energy (DOE) has prepared and is making available its portion of the 2026 Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions (Agenda) pursuant to Executive Order 12866, "Regulatory Planning and Review, " and the Regulatory Flexibility Act. DOE has also prepared this update following the direction provided in E.O. 14192, "Unleashing Prosperity Through Deregulation".
