Summary: The Department of Education (Department) is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Registeron October 31, 2025 (90 FR 19729). The final rule established regulations governing the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program in the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) program under 34 CFR 685.219.
