DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: PROPOSED WAIVERS AND EXTENSIONS OF THE PROJECT PERIOD WITH FUNDING FOR THE AMERICAN INDIAN VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICES PROGRAM AND THE AMERICAN INDIAN VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CENTER

WASHINGTON, April 2 -- Department Of Education has issued a proposed rule called: Proposed Waivers and Extensions of the Project Period With Funding for the American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program and the American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation Training and Technical Assistance Center.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 2 by Kimberly Richey, Acting Assistant Secretary and Deputy Assistant Secretary, Delegated the authority to perform the functions and duties of Assistant Secretary for the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services.
