WASHINGTON, Aug. 20 -- Department Of Education has issued a proposed rule called: Accreditation, Innovation, and Modernization: The Secretary's Recognition of Accrediting Agencies: Institutional Eligibility Under the Higher Education Act of 1965, as Amended, Student Assistance General Provisions.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 20 by Nicholas Kent, Under Secretary of Education.
