DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: ACCOUNTABILITY IN HIGHER EDUCATION AND ACCESS THROUGH DEMAND-DRIVEN WORKFORCE PELL: STUDENT TUITION AND TRANSPARENCY SYSTEM (STATS) AND EARNINGS ACCOUNTABILITY

WASHINGTON, April 20 -- Department Of Education has issued a proposed rule called: Accountability in Higher Education and Access Through Demand-Driven Workforce Pell: Student Tuition and Transparency System (STATS) and Earnings Accountability.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 20 by Nicholas Kent, Under Secretary of Education.
