WASHINGTON, May 28 -- Department Of Education has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Comment Request; RSA-509, Annual Protection and Advocacy of Individual Rights Program Performance Report.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 28 by Ross Santy, Chief Data Officer, Office of Planning, Evaluation and Policy Development.
Summary: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the Department is proposing an extension without change of a currently approved information collection request (ICR).
