CARNEGIE, PA - Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) celebrated the news that Amtrak will add a second daily train to the Pennsylvanian route later this year. Outgoing Amtrak President Roger Harris made the announcement in a July 29th Board Meeting.
