WASHINGTON, Oct. 6 -- Delaware River Basin Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Basin Regulations; Water Code.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 6 by Naomi Mendelsohn, Commission Secretary/Assistant General Counsel.
Summary: The Commission proposes to amend its Water Codeand Comprehensive Plan to require water supply systems serving the public (purveyors) to report water use by their largest customers.
