The Department of the Air Force updated its medical guidance for shaving profiles (https://www.airforcemedicine.af.mil/Portals/1/Documents/AF%20SG%20Medical%20Guidance%20for%20Shaving%20Profiles%2015%20Dec%202025.pdf), Dec. 15, 2025, to align with the Secretary of War's grooming standards.Effective Jan. 31, 2026, all shaving profiles issued before March 1, 2025, are invalid.
