U.S. Senators Mike Crapo (R-Idaho), Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) and Brian Schatz (D-Hawai?i) introduced the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Modernization Act of 2026 (NAHASDA) (https://www.indian.senate.gov/files/nahasda-modernization-act-2026/), comprehensive legislation to reauthorize and modernize federal housing programs serving American Indians, Alaska Natives and Native Hawaiians.
